We regularly work with and for First Nations peoples to address the complex and often intersectional issues First Nations communities face, providing leadership coaching and guiding our clients to work collaboratively to embed positive relationships and outcomes with First Nations peoples. We are change makers in agreement making. Our work is ground- breaking, translating global best practice, redefining values-based partnerships, including land-use and commercial agreements between First Nations communities, government, and business in Australia. We are highly experienced in facilitation and co-design with diverse and complex stakeholders, particularly First Nations peoples, communities, and their representative organisations. We use a strengths-based approach and are flexible to meet the needs of our clients and their stakeholders. We ensure the cultural safety of all stakeholders remains a guiding consideration. The analytical capabilities of our team bring the best of in-depth knowledge of the surrounding context, detailed quantitative and qualitative analytical techniques, program evaluation, and stakeholder engagement.
