Jonathan Erian Licensed Builder | Bachelor of Construction Management University of New South Wales

Jonathan is an experienced licensed builder with over 10 years of experience and capability in leading projects in the Sydney Residential, Commercial and Remedial Sectors. His personable and empathetic approach makes him a fan favourite amongst all clients and stakeholders. At HE BUILDS, Jonathan ensures that projects are setup for success by managing fundamental pre-construction design, planning and commercial affairs. In his spare time, Jonathan enjoys cycling, running and spending time with family. Jamal Hamwi Bachelor of Construction Management - Majoring in Building with First Class Honours University of New South Wales Jamal is a well versed Construction Manager with over 10 years of experience and a keen interest in managing projects from concept to completion. Jamal’s attention to detail and client focused approach helps achieve the best possible project outcome for all clients and stakeholders. At HE BUILDS, Jamal manages operations, estimating and administrative functions of the business. In his spare time Jamal enjoys running, weight training and supporting his Rugby League team - the Wests Tigers.
