Jacob Marino
Louie has extensive experience in the development and construction of large scale multi residential projects. His broad experience ranges from site planning, design management, development approval through to construction and final handover. Louie possesses strong team management skills with a clear focus on client satisfaction. He is highly motivated, and results driven, and has a strong work ethic both personally and professionally. He generates a positive response from colleagues and clients alike.
Having worked for tier one developers and principal contractors in the delivery of large-scale projects. Jacob has developed strong organisational and project management skills. His strong analytical and managerial skills allow the consistent delivery of projects on time and within budget, whilst developing and fostering productive working relationships with all project stakeholders. Jacob is an experienced, reliable and highly professional manager, with the ability to adapt to different situations. His attention to detail and sound understanding of scope requirements, ensures that Jacob expertly balances client and project deliverables, whilst ensuring positive outcomes.

CASE STUDY 14 Finlayson Street Lane Cove REMEDIAL PROJECT BRIEF Remedify was appointed to remediate water ingress issues affecting balconies and window systems in existing residential apartments. SCOPE OF WORKS · Remove existing balcony floor coverings and membranes · Install new hobs beneath sliding doors to meet AS4654.2 · Apply secondary waterproof membrane and engineered screed to correct substrate falls · Install Ardex WPM 1000 sheet membrane on all balconies · Supply and install high-performance sliding, bi-fold doors, and window systems · Install new balcony tiling · Painting and general making good
