• Develop the understanding and expertise of staff delivering an exceptional curriculum compliant with the Australian Curriculum and NESA while underpinned by a well-formed Biblical Worldview. • Invest in long-term growth through a targeted professional learning strategy to develop staff to be exemplary practitioners, ensuring the best possible holistic education experience for students. • Continue to develop and establish systems and professional capacity for staff to analyse student assessment data to underpin high quality and effective teaching to maximise student outcomes.

• Equip staff with the skills and knowledge to provide effective feedback to students to support their learning through the implementation of a learning management system. • Outline a holistic College-wide strategy, informed by a common language and understanding of teaching and learning.

• Provide a learning experience to students to think critically,

engage confidently and embrace challenges while supported by a wellbeing focus that helps develop life-long learning, leadership, service and personal fulfillment.
