• Establish a wellbeing framework which promotes a culture of student, staff and community wellbeing which will support positive mental and physical health underpinned by a sense of connectedness, identity, self-worth and purpose. • Develop targeted College-wide support structures, pastoral care and information services which are well resourced, flexible and contemporary with a focus on optimism, resilience, grit and compassion resulting in a deeply embedded faith. • Implement, review and promote policies and procedures anchored in Christian faith which are well documented to ensure that a strong foundation of wellbeing

• Embed pastoral care programs based on wellbeing best practice to enhance a culture of student and staff wellbeing, partnering with parents/carers and the community to support learning, mental and physical health of students. • Provide explicit professional learning to staff to create a shared understanding and implementation of wellbeing programs and intervention strategies to ensure a consistent and systematic approach to student wellbeing. • Create personal leadership and character development opportunities for our students that will strengthen individual confidence and God-given talents,
