• Create a vibrant and welcoming family-orientated atmosphere with parents/carers as partners in the education of their children, characterised by trust and the recognition that parents/ carers are the first educators of their children. • Ensure that our Christ-centred identity is actively communicated throughout the College and the wider community. • Strengthen the partnership between the College and families through deliberate, effective and timely communication. • Build positive relationships with the local community, future parents/carers, churches and existing families to establish the College as a preferred provider of Christian education. • Actively encourage students and their families to engage in community service and involvement to develop students with compassion for others.

• Provide effective structures to actively encourage parent/carer engagement and participate in the education of their children and College activities. • Develop and maintain relationships with Alumni to sustain engagement and create loyalty. • Embed an understanding and knowledge of the local and wider history, culture and contributions of past, present and continuing influence of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. • Establish relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people represented in our local community. • Promote, document and celebrate the College’s rich history.
