1576 Pacific Highway Wahroonga REMEDIAL PROJECT BRIEF Remedify was appointed to provide extensive remedial works, renovation & building services upgrades to an existing heritage dwelling. SCOPE OF WORKS · Selective remediation of the existing structural elements · Ground Consolidation & underpinning via resin injection · Internal & External Masonry wall repairs and consolidation including, cavity flashing installation, Helifix Crack stitching ties, epoxy resin repair, reconstruction and toothing in line with AS3700 and re-pointing of all Complete Slate roof replacement, including roof stormwater drainage · Building Services upgrades to all electrical, mechanical and external brick work · hydraulic services · replacement · Window Leadlight repairs & Complete refurbishment of all interior linings, mouldings, and finishes, returning the heritage residence to its former grandeur.
