Hills and WSUD Developments TECHNICAL TOUR 3
Drive to UKARIA Cultural Centre, perched on the hillside of the Ngeringa property in the picturesque Adelaide Hills just outside Mount Barker, one of the fastest growing areas in Australia.
Concerts are hosted on the property for acclaimed national and international artists in a magnificent 220-seat concert hall with superb acoustics and spectacular sweeping views over the valley and up to the Mt Barker Summit. From there the group will head to Mt Barker’s new $23m Regional Sports Hub.
The bus will then drive to the Blvd Eatery, for morning tea and a stroll around the lake, before visiting Springlake, a new housing estate. The group will then drive to quaint Hahndorf for lunch followed by time to explore the town. Finally the bus will head back to visit the Laratinga Wetlands before returning to Adelaide.

Rail Crossing and Smart Precinct TECHNICAL TOUR 4
This tour kicks off with a visit to the Oaklands Crossing grade separation point, a $174 million project jointly funded by the Federal and State Governments and the City of Marion.
Then you’ll explore the Dwyer Road Reserve Smart Precinct to learn about how Marion and SAGE Automation are utilising $1 million of smart technology. From there the bus will head south to the famous McLaren Vale wine region and the startling D’Arenberg Cube for a guided wine tasting and exploration of their Alternate Realities Museum.
A relaxed lunch follows at the Wirra Wirra Winery. Enjoy casual dining at Harry’s Deli inside the historic winery, overlooking native gardens and biodynamically farmed vineyards. Replete, you’ll rejoin the bus to return to the city.
