Conference handbook

NAME BADGES Name badges will be issued to all registered delegates on arrival at the registration desk. Please ensure you wear your name badge at all times. CATERING Morning teas, lunches and afternoon teas will be served in the trade exhibition area, located in the Halls M, N & O of the Adelaide Convention Centre. Special dietary requests: All effort has been made to accommodate delegates who indicated special dietary requests when registering. There will be a separate catering table for special dietary requirements. Venue catering staff will be able to assist you with any questions.

CONCURRENT SESSIONS Delegates are free to attend the concurrent session of their choice. Presentations are scheduled to start/finish at times given in the program. TRADE EXHIBITION Trade exhibition booths will be set up in the Exhibition Hall. Please take the time to visit the sponsors and exhibitors and acknowledge their support of the conference. MOBILE PHONES Out of respect to speakers and other delegates, please ensure your mobile phone is on silent mode during the conference sessions.

SECURITY The venue management or conference organisers accept no responsibility for loss of any items left in the function/meeting rooms, or other venue areas or car park. PARKING The Adelaide Convention Centre operates two car parks: the Riverbank Car Park which is accessible from Morphett Street and Montefiore Road Bridge via Festival Drive, and the North Terrace Car Park. Limited spaces available and charges apply.
