Concept, research and development New Product Development Process Market Research is one of the main steps in a fruitful product launch. Here at McBoben we provide research and development assistance to our Clients to permit them to plan and then grow a complete market strategy for their brand or product launch. Manufacturing GreenNature focuses on molecules that are complex to synthesize from a process point of view, and from a patent point of view. Processing is managed under the supervision of McBoben’s own chemists based in Sydney, Australia. The route of synthesis is handled by a contract developer, notably one that can also do upscaling and commercial production. Most of the contract developers are from Europe and Australia. Furthermore, McBoben runs their own chemical labs in Sydney for process research. The commercial producers are from Germany and Australia. McBoben is the owner of the IP and typically files process and polymorph patents under McBoben’s name. The DMF is filed by the contract manufacturer under its name or alternatively under the name of McBoben but the IP belongs to GreenNature. In addition to its own development, McBoben also partners with Australian manufacturers in order to offer additional API to additionally service its customers. In this latter case McBoben assumes responsibility for GMP and Regulatory, and markets the products under the McBoben Responsibility.
