• Encourage and support people from refugee backgrounds to provide feedback on their experience of health services, including for improvement and development of culturally responsive Patient Reported Measures • Ensure My Experience Matter survey is available and implemented in relevant refugee languages (Refer to: 1.2.1, 1.2.2, 1.2.3, 1.2.5) Support the inclusion of people from refugee backgrounds in research and evaluation of services and programs (Refer to: 1.2.8, 2.1.3, 12.1.1 – 12.1.5) Support and promote opportunities for people from refugee backgrounds to contribute meaningfully to the design, delivery and improvement of clinical and non-clinical health services and programs (Refer to: 1.1.1, 1.1.2, 1.2.1,1.2.6, 2.1.1, 4.1.2)
