IMPROVEMENT INITIATIVES • Comprehensive antenatal risk assessments and following best practice guidelines for delivery • A comprehensive service wide review commenced in 2021 with multiple improvements implemented across WSLHD including increased resources, improved networking and collaboration and better access to data to drive quality improvement.

IMPROVEMENT INITIATIVES • A review conducted to identify trends in relation the time, method, location and patient outcomes • Data obtained is being utilised to inform minor capital works and consideration of furnishings within inpatient units and courtyards to reduce incidence of absconding from the inpatient units.
