HUXLEY NORTH WATER PENETRATION PROJECT AT 28-42 RIDER BOULEVARD, RHODES Scope of Works Case study

The scope of works of this project involved the installation of new waterproofing membrane and other miscellaneous repairs to Roof Areas, Planter Boxes and a Laneway. The works generally consisted of installation of a new waterproof membrane, resealing failed concrete panel sealant joints, repair of cracked and spalling grout pockets, and repainting the internal faces of the concrete parapets and included the following: • Concrete Patch Repairs • Concrete Bar Tip/Corroding Ferrule Repairs • Application of Concrete Repair Mortar • Painting to concrete, rendered substrates & membrane surfaces • Built-up Waterproof Membrane • Supply & Installation of New Timber Deck

• Roof Ventilators • Pressure Seals • Roof Perimeter Flashings and Cappings • Flood Test to Roof and Planter Box • Sealants • Tiling
