Scope of Works • Investigation of existing structure to identify any contaminated materials • Removal of all Asbestos Containing Material and Lead Base Paint materials • Demolition and removal of majority of building structure • Discovery of heritage windows hidden in between internal sheeting and external cladding. Zone kept intact and stored for reinstallation • Uncovering of footings for detailed investigation into the structural adequacy of the foundations of the building. • Installation of structural steel framework with webforged platforming • Installation of purpose made external cladding sourced from Norway with a 20-week lead time • Complete internal fit out including wall sheeting, ceiling sheeting, carpet, toilet refurbishment, painting, etc. • Reinstatement of projector and screen, curtains and seating • Repair and Replace deteriorated external timber boards, including the upper panels and lower shipboard panelling • Replace existing roof sheeting, including guttering and downpipes & Install roof and underfloor insulation • Existing original windows in the projector room to be replaced with a ‘like for like’ timber window • Remove existing heating and cooling options and install a new air conditioning system
