INTERNAL ALTERATION & CHANGE OF USE AT 100 GEORGE STREET, WINDSOR NSW Background Case study

• The use of this space prior to this project was a retail Surf Shop. • When this space became vacant, our client New Era Institute had a vision to change this opened area into a private college. • Zone created 6 new class rooms, a staff room, counselling room, foyer/reception area, 2 offices and a kitchen as well as Male, Female, Ambulant and Staff Bathrooms. Scope of Works • Alteration and Change of Use to 3 Classrooms, Reception Area, Office, Kitchen and Bathrooms • Complete all wall partitioning to separate rooms into the required areas • Complete all electrical, mechanical, fire, and hydraulic services • Upgrade vinyl flooring, tiling in the bathrooms, and carpet tiles throughout the shared areas, office, and classrooms. • Complete all painting works to all walls and ceilings.
